河北省昌黎县大法弟子。二零一八年六月十二日，与妻子一起被绑架。一年多后，被非法判刑4年，妻子于淑荣被非法判刑3年半。二零一九年十一月二十三日晚，魏起山在秦皇岛看守所被迫害致死。
